Original habitant of Arunachal Pradesh are 100% Schedule Tribal, hence outsider or non-tribal will need Inner Line Permit (Pass) or letter from concern authority to enter into this district. Guwahati is the nearest national junction. You can landed at Guwahati by Air or Train or by Buses. there are various traveling agencies (Network, Blue Hill, deep etc....) of Bus (morning and night super) and Tata sumo direct service to Itanagar. you also avail pawan hans (Helicopter) from Guwahati to Itanagar.
Else you can landed at Tezpur (Assam) and catch the Bus to Itanagar. ILP will check at Banderdewa (Assam Arunachal boundary) . Nirjuli the present office of this KVK is about 12 KM from Banderdewa and site earmarked for KVK plot is just about 3 KM from Banderdewa. For Quick reference following table may be useful:
